Faculty Management:

- Encourage professional development and research opportunities.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive academic environment.
Student Development:
- Coordinate student recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts.
- Provide mentorship and career counseling to support student success.
- Promote student participation in film festivals, competitions, and industry events.
Industry Engagement:
- Build partnerships with industry leaders, production houses, and film organizations.
- Organize guest lectures, workshops, and networking events.
- Represent the department in media and public forums.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop long-term goals and strategies for department growth.
- Stay updated on global cinema trends and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in academic administration or operations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with academic management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
