About the Role:

This position involves fostering student growth, building strong relationships, and collaborating with parents and educators to support students in realizing their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop positive, trusting connections with students, providing guidance and support to help them excel academically and personally.
  • Organize and lead student activities, clubs, and programs that promote both academic and personal development.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and counselors to address student concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide necessary interventions.

Student Progress & Support

  • Monitor student academic progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student understanding of the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with teachers and counselors to develop customized academic plans for students requiring additional support.

Parent Communication & Collaboration

  • Maintain open communication with parents/guardians to keep them updated on their child's academic and personal development.
  • Organize and participate in parent meetings and conferences to discuss student progress, challenges, and goals.
  • Address parental concerns, provide guidance, and suggest ways they can support their child's education at home.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Accurately record student attendance, grades, assessments, and behavioral observations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and conduct data analysis on student performance and development for internal use and communication with parents and school leadership.
  • Utilize educational software for efficient data tracking and reporting.
