Education Leader

We are seeking an experienced Education Leader to drive academic excellence by ensuring effective lesson planning and modern teaching practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing teaching and learning improvements at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Plan Oversight: Review and monitor lesson plans from all teachers, ensuring alignment with modern pedagogical strategies and curriculum standards.
  • Teacher Support & Training: Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance lesson planning and instructional delivery.
  • Classroom Observations: Conduct formal and informal classroom observations to evaluate teaching effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare monthly academic performance reports for leadership.
  • Academic Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent implementation of school-approved teaching and learning strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Knowledge: Modern pedagogical practices and curriculum design.
  • Excellent Observation & Feedback Skills: Ability to manage and motivate teachers with varied levels of openness to change.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities across different school sections.
  • Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or related field preferred. Minimum 7–10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in an instructional leadership role.
