Job Description

As a key player in our retail trade and forex business, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers. Your primary goal is to ensure income delivery by executing effective partnerships in the retail segment.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities:
    • Executing targeted partnerships to achieve income delivery, driving initiatives that focus on maximizing income delivery, expanding market reach, and enhancing overall performance.
    • Selecting, documenting, negotiating, and initiating business with partners.
    • Ensuring the health of business from partners and timely business settlements.
    • Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in central office-channel management deliverables.
    • Effective handle on channel management facets of business.
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • First point of contact for all partners and prospects.
    • Accountable for control function interfacing including compliance, legal, finance, SPU, etc.
    • Driving business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members.
    • Responsible for driving various initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets.
    • Daily dashboarding; creation of engagement and review platforms to ensure delivery of budgets.
    • Bridge between partners and organization for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:
    • Organizing regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for trade and forex business in the retail segment.
    • Bridge between sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
    • Periodically reviewing performance to identify business leakages and taking corrective measures.
