Business Development Manager
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in our Retail Trade & Forex business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing alliances with national and regional influencers, including CA Firms, CS Firms, Law Firms, FinTechs, Consultants, etc.
- Develop and execute partnerships to achieve business growth, drive initiatives for maximum income delivery, expand market reach, and enhance overall performance.
- Select, document, negotiate, and initiate business with partners.
- Maintain the health of business from partners and ensure timely settlements.
- Manage stakeholders, make decisions, and apply analytical skills.
- Deliver results through effective channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all partners and prospects.
- Interface with control functions, including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
- Drive business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
- Achieve revenue targets through various initiatives.
- Create dashboards and engagement platforms for budget delivery.
Performance Metrics:
- Regularly review performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
- Organize training for resources on products, processes, and competition benchmarking.
- Act as a bridge between the Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
