Job Summary:

The Business Expansion Manager will be responsible for spearheading our franchise acquisition efforts. This role involves identifying high-growth business opportunities, evaluating competitive offerings, and driving lead generation and closure activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify areas with high potential for franchise development.

• Analyze competitor strategies and assess their effectiveness.

2. Lead Generation and Closure:

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract new franchisees.

• Build strong relationships with existing franchisees to drive onboarding and closure.

3. Franchisee Support:

• Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure seamless integration and compliance with company policies.

4. Performance Monitoring:

• Regularly monitor and evaluate franchise performance to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

• Proven track record in franchise acquisition, channel sales, or partner development.

• Strong understanding of the stock broking industry and its regulatory frameworks.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and manage strong relationships with franchisees and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Stock broking industry.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical and decision-making capabilities.
