Lead Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as Lead Sales Operations Manager. This strategic role requires strong operational management experience, deep understanding of the luxury market, and ability to drive performance in a high-end sales environment.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to sales strategies, and achievement of revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Operations Management: Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize the sales function. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • P&L Accountability: Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the sales vertical, ensuring revenue growth and profitability. Monitor and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service that reflects the company's brand image. Oversee key client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, and architects.
  • Team Management and Development: Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, creating a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a senior executive role within the luxury home décor or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and forecasting.
