Senior Financial Leader Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Professional to spearhead our end-to-end invoice processing function. This is a pivotal role where you will oversee and optimize invoice workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

  • Leading the management of various invoices, including PO-based, non-PO-based, DPR, LC, and import invoices, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and regulations.
  • Coordinating with procurement, receiving, treasury, and HR teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Driving innovation in invoice processing through collaboration with IT and ERP teams to improve posting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentoring and leading the invoice processing team, promoting high performance, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitoring and analyzing invoice processing performance metrics, SLA adherence, aging, and blocked invoice reports; preparing and presenting comprehensive reports and strategic insights.
Key Qualifications:
  • Possession of MBA (Finance) or CA/CWA qualification.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or related finance roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex invoice processing operations and lead teams effectively.
  • Proven track record in process improvements, compliance, and automation within invoice processing.
