Senior Event Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Event Manager to lead our events team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, leading projects, and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional results.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling event concepts, experiential campaigns, and strategy.
  • Develop decks, mood boards, and strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and pitches to new and existing clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by maintaining Gantt charts and relevant documents.
  • Work closely with Operations Teams to manage budgets and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with Finance Teams to ensure invoicing and payment terms are aligned.
  • Guide and oversee junior members' work to ensure company standards are met.
  • Report project updates to HOD/Director regularly.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and share reports with HOD/Director.
About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our events team, requiring strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Developing and executing event concepts, experiential campaigns, and strategies that meet or exceed client objectives.
  • Leading projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Working closely with Operations Teams to manage budgets and financial plans, and collaborating with Finance Teams to ensure invoicing and payment terms are aligned.
  • Guiding and overseeing junior members' work to ensure company standards are met.
  • Reporting project updates to HOD/Director regularly and conducting post-event analysis to identify areas for improvement.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Finance.
