Job Title

The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the overall operational strategy and direction of the organization.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, productivity, and profitability across all business units.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, including banquet and catering services.
  • Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver outstanding events and experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all operations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage departmental staff to ensure seamless event logistics and execution.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and drive efficiencies to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to maximize repeat business and event referrals.
  • Analyze operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction.
  • Proficient with MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls.
