Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our organization as a Customer Service Representative.

This role is the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably with US-based clients

You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary contact for US clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Prior experience in BPO, IT, SaaS, or US-based client support roles
