Job Title: Employee Health Professional

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking to leverage their expertise in employee health and benefits management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional relationship management services to clients, ensuring seamless execution of our policies and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough gap analyses of existing policies to identify opportunities for improvement, negotiate with insurers to secure better terms, and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Develop and present customized proposals to clients, collaborate with other practices to explore portfolio penetration opportunities, and engage with clients to gather feedback on our services.
  • Provide timely reminders for premium payments to ensure insurance continuity, assist clients with claims-related queries, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in networking, relationship management, and negotiation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA sector, with a strong understanding of Indian corporate, MNC corporation, and PSU clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership roles in previous positions, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Domain knowledge of the insurance industry, including experience in risk management, policy analysis, and claims handling.
