Job Title:

Employee Relations-Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to build strong relationships with employees in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will excel at resolving people and employment-related issues while adapting quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with business consultants across the U.S.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, including terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns fairly and effectively.
  • Develop data-driven models to inform decisions and enhance consultant experiences.
  • Identify new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
  • Manage a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
