Employee Engagement Specialist
Job Description
The HR Engagement and Initiatives Specialist will focus on managing and enhancing the employee experience throughout their lifecycle. This role involves conducting structured employee connects, leveraging HR analytics to generate actionable insights, and using data to inform objective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular meetings with employees to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the onboarding process.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy that fosters a positive work environment.
- Design and implement programs to promote team collaboration and recognition.
HR Analytics and Reporting
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the workforce.
- Generate and present regular reports on engagement metrics, attrition trends, and employee feedback.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making on HR strategies and initiatives.
Surveys and Insights
- Design and administer employee surveys to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze survey data to derive actionable insights and share findings with leadership.
- Recommend and implement changes based on survey outcomes to improve the overall employee experience.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
