As a Business Development Specialist at Bandhan Bank, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI) clients.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our efforts in wealth management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail and HNI client management, with a strong background in banking products and revenue generation business.

  • Manage existing HNI customers and develop new business opportunities to increase revenues for the client and the bank.
  • Analyze market trends and understand company-specific investment requirements to provide effective investment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of various financial/investment products and market dynamics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wealth management.
  • Active certifications in AMFI and IRDA.
  • Graduation degree or higher.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
