Job Opportunity: HR Generalist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to deliver exceptional support and consultation services across various business units. Key responsibilities include providing HR guidance, collaborating on company-wide initiatives, managing employee lifecycle events, and training internal stakeholders on key programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR support and consulting services to managers and employees in assigned business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement company-wide HR programs and processes.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs for internal stakeholders on key HR topics.
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and handle related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven expertise in HR generalist skills, including employee relations, engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and training and development.
