Business Development Manager: Access to Credit

Role Overview
">The incumbent is responsible for managing strategic relationships and partners related to access to credit through financial products. This involves identifying and building capacity of partners, as well as managing all aspects of partner engagement, including onboarding, documentation, compliance checks, disbursement of funds, and collection of data.
Responsibilities:

- Manage all partner relationships pertaining to access to credit through financial products;">
- Track each NGO/execution partner to ensure compliance and efficiency of operations;">
- Build and maintain a structured process and objective checklist for partner onboarding and ongoing operations;">
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across functional areas for smooth project operations;">
- Maintain a positive, constructive, and co-creative relationship with stakeholders and partners;">
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- ">
- 5+ years of experience in program management/operations roles, handling large-scale mandates;">
- Experience working with financial services products, especially credit products for micro and nano enterprises;">
- Post-Graduation degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field from a reputed college;">
- Strong hold on data, number crunching, and data analysis;">
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders and diverse requirements;">
- Proven track record of building programs from scratch and executing/scaling them;">
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;">
- Flexible work style, able to work easily with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment;">

Compensation:
An estimated salary of 8 Lakhs onwards, reflecting the role’s complexity and location-based market standards.
