  • Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the entire credit lifecycle, from loan application to collection.
  • Analyze credit applications, assess financial viability, and recommend loan approvals.
  • Conduct due diligence and implement fraud prevention measures.
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage non-performing assets (NPAs).
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in credit control, credit risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing credit risk and minimizing delinquencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and credit scoring techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian credit laws and regulations.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
