Senior Power Electronics Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Electronics Executive to oversee key business functions and drive innovation in our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for power electronics products and operations, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
  • Oversee the entire product development process from concept to release, managing project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, providing feedback and training to enhance skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and achieve business goals.
  • Identify potential risks in programs and provide guidance for mitigation.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and support product offerings for specific markets.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in power electronics, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
