Sr. Electrical Design Engineer

We are a cutting-edge organization engaged in the development of next-generation missions and technologies for future warfare needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical system and power electronics design activities to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Define architecture, system and component-level requirements to drive product innovation and excellence.
  • Perform analysis (FMECA, simulations, modeling, etc.) on new architectures/products to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure design and development meets certification standards & requirements for reliability and safety.
  • Conduct designs/documents/test-plan reviews to maintain high quality and consistency.
  • Establish scope and framework for standardization of integration processes and common tools identification to optimize efficiency.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong expertise in power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, etc.
  • Experience in multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing and validation.
  • Proficiency in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM and PCB Design tools such as Eagle/OrCad/Altium.
  • Familiarity with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics to support renewable energy solutions.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in component level & system level certification and standards.
  • Experience in Aerospace/Automotive domains to leverage industry knowledge and best practices.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Power Electronics/Equivalent field required. 5+ years of experience in relevant field preferred.
