Power Automation Specialist

As a Power Automation Specialist, you will be working collaboratively with our team in the office to develop and maintain intricate automation flows that seamlessly integrate Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jira Service Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create complex Power Automate / Logic Apps workflows for ticket creation, notification management, and synchronization tasks
  • Closely monitor flow execution and expertly troubleshoot any automation failures or discrepancies
  • Develop innovative solutions to synchronize SharePoint content (knowledge base), customer contacts, or Business Central triggers with Jira Service Management
  • Support the development of service-level agreement tracking and reporting dashboards using Jira and Power BI/SharePoint as needed
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for all created and updated flows
  • Collaborate closely with QA/QC and Jira Consultant teams to ensure operational compliance
  • Perform thorough test automation with sample ticket scenarios to validate functionality
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps
  • Fundamental understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON fundamentals
  • A solid familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Jira/JSM is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new concepts
