Job Overview

We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design and deploy intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. The successful candidate will automate workflows, integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems, and solve real business problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop secure and supportable Power Platform solutions with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.
  • Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes and instrument performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value, documenting patterns for reuse and handover.
Mandatory Skills & Expertise:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio: designs and deploys agents, prompt engineering, integrates with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint, and understands agent performance metrics.
  • Power Platform proficiency: hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, building custom connectors, and integrating REST APIs/Azure services.
  • Scripting for integrations: ability to write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Azure AI/OpenAI Services & Azure AI Foundry SDK for model-backed apps; familiarity with responsible AI principles.
  • Programming exposure (Python, JavaScript, or C#) and Microsoft Graph API for deeper extensions.
