AI Automation Specialist

We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation solutions using AI and ML technologies to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and deploy AI-driven automation tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with process experts to understand process requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Gen-AI and LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms like GCP and Azure.
  • Knowledge of ML techniques including decision trees, random forests, boosting algorithms, neural networks, deep learning, support vector machines, clustering, Bayesian networks, reinforcement learning, feature reduction/engineering, anomaly detection, natural language processing (including sentiment analysis, topic modeling), natural language generation.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
  • Exposure to frameworks like LangChain.
  • Experience with deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with voice recognition and synthesis technologies.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and other advanced ML techniques.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
