We are currently looking for highly skilled AI Red Teaming Specialists to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to be part of a dynamic and innovative team working on the development of AI Large Language Models (LLMs).

The primary responsibility of this role will be to craft sophisticated and creative prompts designed to test the limits of LLMs, identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses in their systems.

  • Candidates will receive comprehensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, red teaming, and jailbreaking, as well as specific project guidelines and requirements.
  • They will collaborate closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce high-quality work.
  • Additionally, they will assist data scientists in conducting automated model attacks.

To excel in this role, we require:

  • A bachelor's degree or above, or associates with 1 year of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent writing skills in English.
  • A strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics, including knowledge of proper English rules and when to deviate from them to effectively test AI responses.
