Senior Leadership Position

This role oversees the design, development, and testing of power electronic systems for various applications.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, manage projects, foster innovation with new technologies like SiC / Si-IGBT semiconductors, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with other departments to bring products from concept to manufacturing.

  • Leadership of the team
  • Develop an R&D strategy to meet application requirements and specifications and achieve UL certification
  • Establish a manufacturing roadmap to support product execution
  • Oversee design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software and integrated systems
  • Lead creation of BOMs, test specifications, and technical documentation

The company plans to build prototypes for different applications, develop design and specifications for third-party manufacturers. The successful candidate will develop vendors and assure process and product quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics, or related field; PhD preferred. They will have 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D management within the power electronics domain. Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design is required.
