Automotive Electronics Hardware Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our automotive electronics hardware team.

Job Description:

As an Automotive Embedded Hardware Director, you will be responsible for the technical delivery of automotive electronics hardware for global vehicle OEMs. Your expertise will span from instrument clusters and in-vehicle infotainment systems to camera systems and cockpit electronics controllers.

Key areas of responsibility include electrical hardware design, customer specification review, product development, worst-case analysis and simulations, product design reviews, creation and maintenance of schematic and assembly drawings, and support of hardware prototype build.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading electrical hardware design teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and multi-meters
  • Knowledge of microprocessor and DSP digital core design, audio and video signal processing, analog and digital control logic, linear and switching power supplies
