Job Title: IT Sourcing Professional

This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for driving effective collaboration and communication with client stakeholders and colleagues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to drive high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on IT categories and sourcing initiatives.
  1. Sourcing Planning:
  • Analyze spend and contracts to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
  • Develop strategic plans for IT sourcing, aligning with business goals.
  • Work with clients and colleagues to implement effective sourcing strategies.
  1. Management of Sourcing Initiatives:
  • Lead and execute IT sourcing projects from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high service quality.
  • Track and report savings achievements, meeting allocated targets.
  • Ensure adherence to defined sourcing policies and processes.
  1. Sourcing Support:
  • Provide expertise and solutions to support client engagements and pitches.
  • Support the development of sourcing plans and execution of projects across multiple clients.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in economics or supply management, with additional certifications advantageous. Strong knowledge of license models, service models, and IT infrastructure is required.

A minimum of 12-15 years' experience in strategic sourcing, gained in an international environment, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to influence decision-making and resolve conflicts effectively.

Strong project management skills, including conducting tenders and cross-category sourcing experience, are beneficial.
