Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing review analysis of clients' KYC profiles, including CIP and CDD information, following established procedures in line with IBKR policy
  • Advise management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to maintain accurate tracking of assignments and requests for documentation
  • Contribute to streamlining current processes and identifying areas for improvement to ensure referrals, escalations, and information requests are correctly dispositioned and appropriately documented
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, legal, accounting, or other control functions of a financial services firm or regulator
  • Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, data analytics, or a similar area with strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work independently in a small-team environment and multi-task with minimal supervision
