Job Description:

As a Client On-Boarding Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and compliant onboarding experience to clients globally. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, maintain the integrity of client data, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end onboarding of clients in compliance with global and regional regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and secure client records across systems.
  • Ensure safe custody and proper control of account documentation and sensitive data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams during audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Monitor and report onboarding KPIs, SLAs, and exceptions to management.
  • Respond to internal queries regarding client data and profile management.
  • Provide support across time zones (SG & HK), including public holidays where required.
  • Contribute to process enhancement, risk mitigation, and data integrity initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of client onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of client structures (Individuals, Corporates, Trusts, Holding Companies).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
