Compensation : ₹6,000/month upon completion of a minimum of 12 successful sales conversions, plus 5% commission on all sales.

Client Load: Manage 10–15 clients per month and drive conversions across UpliftMyBiz's core service packages (₹6,999–₹8,499).

Role Overview

We're looking for a confident, results-driven Client Relationship Associate who loves talking to people, building trust, and closing deals. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects and the main coordinator for delivery once they sign on. Your role blends sales (finding and converting clients) with operations (ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction).

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Visit atleast 3 exibitions weekly and confidently pitch UpliftMyBiz's three core service packages.
  • Engage and follow up with inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and recommend the right package.
  • Cold call small businesses and pitch tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a clear Google Sheets tracker of prospects, follow-ups, and deal status.
  • Close deals and share onboarding details with clients.

Client Onboarding & Delivery

  • Send warm welcome/onboarding emails post-purchase.
  • Schedule initial consultations to document client goals and challenges.
  • Coordinate with the Founder and Strategy Consultant to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track project progress with the design/content team.
  • Deliver final files, collect feedback/testimonials, and support marketing campaigns with clients.

 KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Leads Followed Up/Week: ≥ 10
  • Sales Conversions/Month: 12–15
  • Client Deliveries Completed/Month: ≥ 10
  • On-Time Delivery Rate: ≥ 90%
  • Client Feedback Score: ≥ 8/10
  • Follow-up to Conversion Rate: ≥ 40%
  • Re-engagement Rate: ≥ 20%

Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year of experience in client service, B2B sales, operations, or consulting.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and lead conversion tactics.
  • Emotionally intelligent and client-focused.

Growth Opportunities
