Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Client Onboarding Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal customers, teams, and stakeholders. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team that supports the execution of controls and tasks required in the Client Onboarding – Data Maintenance and Banking Services process. You will ensure that client documentation, data capture activities, and banking services meet the bank's policies, standards, and applicable local legal and regulatory requirements.

You will also work closely with internal customers to provide support to onboarding of clients to the Bank. This includes maintaining and reviewing workflows for consistency, verifying controls in place, and providing feedback and escalating issues to the appropriate functions and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelor's level degree or professional qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
