Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that new clients are properly onboarded and meet the necessary requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and client onboarding processes in India and AEJ. They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform client onboarding and review functions
  • Evaluate and approve new customer account documents and supporting information
  • Conduct background screenings on clients using tools such as World Check/DJX/Factiva
  • Interact with front office/client integration teams to ensure proper account documentation is obtained
  • Interface with and provide support to Client Onboarding, FCT, and Compliance teams
  • Review and approve static data amendments for existing customer accounts
  • Conduct reviews of existing clients for status, data veracity, and amendments, assigning appropriate risk classifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of AML and client onboarding regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
