Key Responsibilities:
- Drive SIM activations at retail outlets in line with predefined targets
- Promote Revenue Market Share by expanding product availability and increasing retail presence
- Optimize productivity of channel partners and distributors
- Develop and implement training programs for field sales executives and distributors
- Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained by distributors and retailers
- Enhance distribution capabilities by increasing Recharge selling outlets and SIM selling points
- Monitor and improve basic distribution parameters, including ROI of distributors and Retailers
- Collect and analyze competition plans, policies, best practices, initiatives, and report to relevant stakeholders
- Identify and propose requirements to enhance visibility in the territory
