
Expansion Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our expansion efforts.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute growth strategies to scale key performance indicators (KPIs): customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (RoAS), lifetime value (LTV), retention, and revenue per user.
- Optimize the end-to-end growth funnel - from awareness to conversion to loyalty.
- Partner with leadership on quarterly growth forecasts and own the performance marketing profit and loss statement (P&L).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive website conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) A/B testing, and feature experimentation.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand.
Key skills include:
- Deep expertise across performance channels, analytics, conversion funnels, and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, attribution tools, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and business intelligence (BI) dashboards.
- Proven experience managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and working with creative, product, and customer experience (CX) teams.
