Role Title: Business Growth Strategist
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to lead our revenue expansion in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of new business acquisition, market development, and revenue generation.
- Design and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue from the region.
- Acquire new clients through sales and marketing efforts, focusing on mid-size multinational corporations.
- Lead a team of IT hiring experts and manage delivery of staffing and recruitment services.
- Source candidates using job postings and other platforms.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in new client development for IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing.
- At least 2 years of experience in leading IT staffing or contract staffing practices.
- Prior experience as a Regional/Business Head (IT Staffing) is preferred.
- A hard core sales professional with a proven track record of maximizing revenue.
