Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our Core Lab operations in the Zonal region.

This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive business growth, manage sales operations, and build strong customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets, expand services, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, distribution partners, and channel stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and efficient inventory management
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and optimize processes
  • Maintain accurate records, update databases, and create process documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
  • Liaise with customers to ensure adherence to Instrument Placement Contracts (IPCs) and introduce new assays as required
  • Support Product Managers in organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and other initiatives to promote product adoption and expertise
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams

• Relevant experience in Core Lab operations, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, including 2-3 years in a multinational company

• A degree or equivalent in an engineering, scientific, or related field, with excellent analytical and technical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines

• Experience working in a matrix organization structure, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
