Regional Operations Lead

As a Regional Operations Lead, you will oversee daily operations across the region. Your primary focus is on managing the Disbursement vertical, including tasks such as system entry and reconciliation of all files disbursed during the day/month by aligned locations, scrutinizing loan files within the region for adherence to company policy/procedures, coordinating with branches and stakeholders for disbursement, implementing process reengineering for TAT improvement, ensuring Quality Management System adherence, enhancing systems for TAT, Quality & Control improvement, addressing audit findings, visiting branches regularly to check OPS Hub/spoke efficiency, coordinating with Central Ops, working on projects identified by seniors, and motivating team members for maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage system entry and reconcile all files disbursed.
  • Scrutinize loan files within the region.
  • Coordinate disbursement with branches and stakeholders.
  • Implement process reengineering for TAT improvement.
  • Ensure Quality Management System adherence.
  • Enhance systems for TAT, Quality & Control improvement.
  • Address audit findings and maintain satisfactory scores.
  • Visit branches regularly to check OPS Hub/spoke efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Central Ops.
  • Work on projects identified by seniors.
  • Motivate team members for productivity.
