About the role
As a Regional Lead - International Sales, you will be responsible for driving and executing the international sales strategy across various regions, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. You will work closely with both domestic and international teams to maximize lead generation and foster strong client relationships, all while promoting Godrej Properties market-leading products internationally.
Key responsibilities
Sales target achievement
- Lead the regional international sales team and execute strategies to meet sales targets from international markets, in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Ensure active participation of domestic channel partners to generate leads from international markets
- Priorities the promotion and sale of products to international clients
Team collaboration and product information
- Provide detailed product information and training to teams based in international markets
- Plan international go-to-market strategies for regional launches and activations in collaboration with market heads
- Identify key levers and work with the marketing team to maximise lead generation.
Mentorship
- Mentor team members in lead generation techniques to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales campaigns
Driving new international sales
- Implement loyalty programs, referral initiatives and corporate sales channels to drive new business
- Adapt sales strategies to suit the dynamics of each international market and its customer base
Who are we looking for
Education:
- MBA in Marketing
Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry, with international sales experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds
- An analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Proven track record of leading and managing sales teams across multiple regions
