Job Title

Supply Chain Manager - Regional Lead

This role is responsible for leading the supply chain strategy in assigned regions, focusing on situational analysis, strategic development, and implementation guidance to drive supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, improve supply chain resilience, and enhance overall performance.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop targeted materials strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Drive process improvements and streamline operations to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results-oriented solutions.
