We are looking for a
Regional Lead – Wedding Planning
to oversee North India operations . This role involves curating wedding aesthetics, managing client relationships, coordinating vendors, and ensuring flawless execution. The candidate will also be responsible for handling a team while individually managing some projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of wedding planners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Define and execute the creative vision for weddings, ensuring a cohesive experience.
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding their vision and expectations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, optimizing vendor pricing while maintaining profitability.
  • Curate and coordinate with vendors to align with client needs.
  • Plan and track wedding milestones, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Oversee on-ground event management and problem-solving.
  • Take individual responsibility for handling key projects in addition to team oversight.
  • Collaborate with teams to bring the wedding vision to life.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in wedding planning or event management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and last-minute challenges.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and managing high-profile events.
  • Proven experience in team management and project execution.
