Unlock New Growth Opportunities as a Franchise Acquisition Manager

We're seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to spearhead our franchise acquisition and development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise opportunities that align with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • •Identify high-potential business regions for franchise expansion and develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.

  • •Build strong relationships with existing franchisees and assess their needs to inform strategic growth decisions.

  • •Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive franchisee onboarding and revenue growth.

  • •Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.

  • •Monitor and maintain franchise retention rates in line with organizational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • •Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

  • •Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading platforms, reducing compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints while ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:
  • •Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales, or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking principles.

  • •Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.

  • •Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • •Experience in the Stock broking industry is highly desirable.

  • •Strong communication and presentation skills and analytical and decision-making capabilities.
