
Establish Strategic Growth through Franchise Acquisition

We're seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to spearhead our franchise acquisition and development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise opportunities that align with our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:•Identify high-potential business regions for franchise expansion and develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.
•Build strong relationships with existing franchisees and assess their needs to inform strategic growth decisions.
•Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive franchisee onboarding and revenue growth.
•Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.
•Monitor and maintain franchise retention rates in line with organizational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
•Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading platforms, reducing compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints while ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
•Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales, or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking principles.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
•Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
•Experience in the Stock broking industry is highly desirable.
•Strong communication and presentation skills and analytical and decision-making capabilities.
