Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Emerging Business Development Lead to acquire new merchants in the Emerging & Enterprise category.
Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, developing business strategies, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- You must thrive in a high-performance environment, possess strong networking, business development, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Maintain a drive to innovate, question the norm, and demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry and collect competitor intelligence.
- Collaborate with leadership on multiple priorities and define the growth and strategic trajectory.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Payment Gateway Sales.
- Prior experience in acquiring Emerging & Enterprise merchants is a must-have.
- Strong understanding of the payments space.
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work.
- Highly analytical and data-driven while being a hustler and problem solver.
- Strong business acumen, product expertise, and interpersonal skills.
