Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Develop, implement, and oversee effective strategies for end-to-end recruitment management to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management processes for critical leadership roles, niche, and volume-based positions.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans to drive initiatives reducing attrition among team members.
  • Manage induction training for new hires, talent retention, and employee development initiatives.
  • Compliance and HR Operations
  • Ensure labor law compliance across branches, oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy.
  • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings to maintain a compliant work environment.
  • Strategic HR Partnership
  • Liaise with Function Heads and designate personnel to ensure critical planning and implementation of people strategies, coordinating with the team across all centers in the country.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Relevant bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
      • Results-driven with a focus on meeting business objectives.
