Key Financial Planning and Analysis Position

This is a dynamic role that requires collaboration with the senior management team to drive business growth through periodic forecasts and annual planning.

  • They will develop and deliver key internal and external presentations that showcase strategic thinking and clear communication skills.
  • The chosen candidate will analyze and work with Excel and larger databases to provide actionable insights as requested.
  • They will drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that enhance the function's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Close collaboration with top management is essential to drive process improvements, providing regular business insights.
  • Audit processes will need to be coordinated to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
  • Peer benchmarking will be performed closely to identify areas for improvement.
  • Presentation documents will be created for board members and/or customers.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years or 5-12 years of experience in corporate finance at the FP&A function or business finance.
  • A CA or MBA degree is preferred.
  • Sharp analytical skills are required to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise, are necessary.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are consistently demonstrated.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, manage timelines, and collaborate with diverse disciplines and organization groups is vital.
  • Data-driven insights must be used to influence top management and stakeholders effectively.
  • Taking ownership of responsibilities and driving timely closure of deliverables is essential.
