Job Title: Strategic Workforce Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Analyst to join our team at Mancer Consulting Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in HR analytics and drive business outcomes.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic analytics support to the HR function, focusing on people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics, and workforce planning.

  • Develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data using technology and analytical tools (R, Python recommended).
  • Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts.
  • Design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics (descriptive and predictive), and forecasting (employee life-cycle changes, headcount, organizational structures, diversity, learning, performance management etc.)
  • Experience in leading the interpretation of HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data.
  • Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience of using HR databases and systems to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics (descriptive and predictive), and forecasting.
  • Experience in an analytics environment (including MI and reporting), preferably within HR.
  • Proficient in developing, owning and optimizing Statistical Models, Forecasting Plan & HR reports to drive meaningful business results.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, with a focus on workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
