In the role of Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the financial future of an esteemed organization. Your primary responsibility will be to formulate long-term business strategies and yearly business budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities include:• Business/Financials• Conduct competitor studies and industry analyses to gather relevant information for strategic plan formulation.• Prepare business plans, yearly business budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with Business teams.• Track business and revenue performance against targets and budgets, analyzing dashboards and highlighting performers and non-performers.• Customer• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.• Assist in interpreting taxation laws and drive projects that impact the organization or its businesses.• Internal Process• Improve current processes and suggest efficiency measures to develop better practices.• Develop and review new business processes aligned with the organization's strategic goals.• Track costs and perform variance analysis, suggesting alternatives to optimize costs and improve profitability.• Learning & Innovation• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Master of Business Administration (Finance) or Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst degree.- Minimum 1 year experience in financial analysis or planning and budgeting in a Bank, Financial Institution, or advisory firm.- Strong accounting and tax background, fair understanding of Taxation laws (Income Tax & GST), and expertise in handling voluminous data and MS Office.To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
