Senior Financial Planning and Strategy Leader

This role is ideal for a highly skilled finance professional with expertise in strategic financial planning and analysis. The selected candidate will lead a team of analysts to deliver divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to optimize financial planning processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Partner with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Collaborate on annual planning with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Develop sustainable financial models to support monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Enhance critical reporting capabilities by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • CA qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
