Senior Finance Associate Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to play a key role in our financial operations. This individual will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, creating and managing budgets, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and implement effective financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the development and implementation of budgeting processes to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost management.
  • Cash Flow Management: Analyze and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity and minimize financial risks.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives and drive organizational success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analytics, MIS, or corporate finance.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Excel-based modeling; strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting; exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
