Financial Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our accounting operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting activities including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
  • Establish robust checks and controls within each task to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures
  • Work closely with business heads to provide financial insights and strategic support
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities

Qualifications & Skills:

Candidates should possess:

  • A CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
