About the Role

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, engage with cross-functional teams, and deliver accurate and timely financial insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 9 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
